ALWAYS WATCH Full Movies: Perfection Follows Completion!
Sometime in the history of mankind, man must have realized the importance of completion. Well, it’s good that our predecessors did not waste much time fibbing around, and in the process, laid down the markers for their successors to follow. And hence establishing one of the most basic laws of human life;
‘Done is better than perfect.’
Credit to whosoever was behind this phrase, as the efforts of a man bear fruit though the conclusion, rather than the inception of their thought process. Imagine having to watch an incomplete Statue of Liberty. Without the conclusions, the modern epithets of art would still have remained a mystery, much like Beethoven’s unfinished 10th Symphony or the Cologne Cathedral. Life is full of questions, some find their conclusions, and some hang in the balance. Movies are a perfect example of this quandary.
A lot like that, incomplete movies are detrimental to the efforts put in the movie by the cast and crew. The unwavering scissors of the Editor sometimes take the luster off the finished piece. One or two missing frames can actually make a classic resemble a train wreck and hence, the need to watch full movies is still a dream for many.
As mentioned before, perfection succeeds conclusion. And only a compelling build up will lead to the perfect conclusion. With the mention of the word perfection, comes to mind some names from yesteryears, like Charlie Chaplin, Marlon Brando and Al Pacino.
The point being made is perfectly illustrated if somebody were to remove the final confrontational scene in the Brian de Palma movie, Scarface. Al Pacino’s now legendary dialogue, or even a young Robert De Niro strutting his stuff in the Taxi Driver, would’ve never come to light. You never know what you’re going to miss, if you don’t know what it is in the first place! Rather than going for a lousy deleted scenes package that are the norm today, one can watch full movies online to save the inconvenience. What is the purpose of watching some disembodied scenes?
Some critics point out that editing is a part of the movie-making process, and the final product should be appeasing to everyone. Violent and graphic scenes can be offensive for some, but sometimes they are central to the theme of the movie. Much like nudity, it is frowned upon in many nations, but Vladimir Nabokov’s ‘Lolita’ is revered as a classic by academics and masses everywhere.
Thanks to the advent of technology, people can access web portals and watch their favorite stars in action. Full of energy, vigor and vivaciousness, the modern generations are replete with new ideas and path breaking techniques, lest they be held back by some regressive thinking. Movies are one of the tools for artists to express their creativity, and certainly the online world is more welcoming than the real one.
