There is widespread participation in sports in Britain. Football, the most popular sport in England as well as Europe, has its traditional home in England where it was developed in the 19th century. For those of you who are not from England yet love the best league, i.e. premier league. Here is something we should know. The country is called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. But it seems the league is just played in the Great Britain part. Like Bale is not in the league but he is in the England national football team. Speaking of which, their national anthem is God Save the Queen. There is three political division on Great Britain, namely England, Scotland and Wales. London being its capital city yet is not that prominent in football world not like Manchester. Britain has a population of about 62 million and most of them are football fans. And they differ after their ancestors. The ancestors of the English are Anglo-Saxons and the Scots, Welsh and Irish are Celts. It is said they difference in character so you might want to know not to bet against. The Welsh are emotional and cheerful people. They are music lovers and are proud of their past. They may not behave badly even after their team lost. The Scots are said to be a serious, cautious and thrifty people, so maybe they will Premier League Shirts save their money and not spent it placing bets. They are also said to be hospitable, generous and friendly. Maybe they will throw a house party and sit around watching matches live on TV. The Irish are charm and vivacity. But this is just some general research and may not apply to individuals. Also they tall differently, southerners speak the type of English close to what we call BBC English whereas in northern England regional speech is usually broader. Like all teams are comprised of people from different nations, the origin of the nation is also broad.
