Audi Shark
I don’t easily get turned on by Used Land Rover Dealer Glasgow cars but my husband has just shown me something called the Audi Shark and it really did make me stop and take notice. Apparently it is only a “concept” car. I was not sure exactly what a concept car was however my husband informed me that it was simply a prototype which may or may not go into production. I seriously hope this one does as it would be really a hot topic of conversation.
The car is definitely something for the future. Firstly there are no wheels. The Audi Shark is a “hovercar” which means it glides through the air instead of trundling down the tarmac. It really is like something from a science fiction movie. The car is designed as a two seater and apparently the designer has been inspired by both the motorcycle and airplane. The interior is very much like a cockpit and the seats are an integral part of the whole structure. I have never seen anything like this before in my life and was intrigued as to who had designed the car.
Apparently the car was designed by a Turkish man called Kazim Doku. The design won first place in the Desire Design Competition launched by Italian Domus Academy. I think most people would agree that it was won deservedly. I never thought I would say this but I think I want it more than as Audi R8!
