The New Weight Loss
Now we’ve said goodbye to another festive season it is also time to welcome in that extra weight that may have accumulated not only over the Christmas season itself but also throughout the entire year of 2009.
While it is everyone’s intention to take it easy over the holiday period and be careful of what they eat, it is traditionally true that the temptations which present themselves will result in the gain of a few pounds. This is on top of the extra weight which is, in most cases, carried by an increasing amount of people in society today, means that, overall, most of us are carrying more weight than is comfortable or healthy for us.
So what to do? The issue of weight loss is a cloudy one with so many alternatives available. The world is full of diets! Pritikin, Atkins, low carb, high carb, protein, gluten free, etc etc etc….. but all weight loss plans are not created equal the same as all people are not made the same. So while one type of diet will be successful for one person more often the same diet will not necessarily give someone else the same amount of weight reduction.
Obviously it is not rational or cost effective to sample every diet method on the market in the despairing attempt that [something at some stage will succeed. So what we need to do is to find an plan for dieting which is founded on the practical considerations of examined body types and metabolisms and formulate a plan which suits individual needs.
Following studying the various body types and their individual abilities to lose pounds the creators of this diet plan happened on a peculiar consistency which is common to all body forms, metabolisms, cultures, race-types and in this matter eating tendencies.
This common trait has exposed a new way to shedding those unwanted pounds which is less reliant on reduction of calories or modifications in activity programs and more about focusing on those facets which allow the body to awaken a newly found hormone which happens naturally in the body to trigger the increased reduction of fat cells.
This involves tricking the body into incorrect beliefs on the type of food it needs at varying times of the day and stimulating it to release the appropriate nerve impulses to the system which influences the way our body burns the fat which is, not only, being input to the body but also being stored in the body.
The one remaining obstacle to master is a major one which affects us all in the achievement of those goals which are important to us. The hurdle of procrastination!
