A Rackmount monitor is a cost effective and space saving solution for server racks. This unit is housed in a sturdy metal enclosure with an industrial grade Samsung LCD. It is used to manage data in various environments. These Rack LCD units support various types of video inputs such as VGA, DVI, HDMI, S-Video, Composite RCA and Composite BNC. The available sizes range from 1U, 2U, 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U or 10U frame depending on the size of the rack LCD display needed. Screen sizes vary from 17” to 22”. These LCD models are also classified on the basis of their features. We also offer short depth or shallow depth Rack LCD units that can be used in a non-standard server racks. The Sunlight readable LCD is used in high brightness environments such as kiosks. The SUN LCD unit supports the native sun resolution whereas the Quad Screen Rackmount LCD device allows viewing and monitoring of video signals from four different computers simultaneously on one single screen.
These LCD units support single man installation and have plug and play functionality. Once mounted these units allow for secure fastening of the monitors on the racks. A unique feature of this device is its flip up design that allows the unit to remain open for easy viewing even when the rack door is closed. It is very effective for the administrator to manage the multiple PC through a single Rackmount monitor. We can also customize our monitor according to our use and it takes minimum space in comparison of other normal monitors.
Among other features of the Rackmount LCD is easy installation and set up requiring no additional software or device drivers. Hot pluggable, these units have LEDs that indicate the power status. This device also offers multi platform support and can work with IBM, HP, Dell, SUN Microsystems. The OSD controls are used to control Brightness, Contrast, Color, Clock, H. Position, V. Position, Phase, Scaling, Auto config, Input select, Multi window, Clear EEPROM, OSD adjust and Save.
These rack LCD units have optional DC power 12V, 24V and 48V. Some of the other features include analog to digital signal converter board, Standard D-sub 15-pin VGA input connectors and resolutions supported range from 1024 x 768 up to 1600 x 1200.
All of the Rackmount Monitor units have CE, FCC, TAA and RoHS certifications. These LCDs are used for commercial, military and government applications along with server and network room surveillance and administration.
