Company incorporation can be defined as the forming of a new corporation. 2. Next step require the digital signature certificate to utilize registration system under the MCA 21 along with the submission of identity proof and residence proof and must be submitted by the director of company.
3. After that the company name is to be approved by the Registrar of companies (ROC). For this the form 1a is to presented to the ROC of state along with the address of the registered office of the firm and the signature of the promoter.
4. After this the company ‘s certificates, Memorandum of Association and Article of Association along with the unsigned copies of the Form 1 are being submitted to the bank for the stamping. Every state has its own charges for stamping.
5. Now the certificate of incorporation from the ROC and MCA is done.
6. After that seal of company is required which helps to deliver certificates to its share holders.
7. The PAN No and Tan No of the company is being applied.
8. Once the roc is satisfied the certificate of incorporation is being issued and company comes into existence.
