When buying a BBQ there are a number of questions you have to ask yourself:

How many people am I preparing food for on the Barbeque?

Charcoal Barbecues

Charcoal Barbecues are the long-established BBQs in which Lump wood charcoal or charcoal briquettes are warmed, giving cooking an unique fire grilled appearance. The benefit of charcoal Barbeques is that they supply you with that original authentic bbq experience. The down side is that you have to wait for the Barbeque to warm up before you can cook with it.

With gas Barbeques, heat output is measured in Kilowatts (kW), ranging roughly between 2 – 16 kW. Bigger grill sizes commonly need a higher amount of kWs.
