As People Search for the Truth: The Prophecy

This is not something to scare people off. This is something to make people aware of—of the possibilities that may happen; of the things we keep on denying to ourselves; of the reality that is right there in front of us.

Predictions: there is this fear that conjures within whenever we come across it. The future is unknown to many and what is “unknown” is frightening. Only the clairvoyants can see it, but the only thing that gave them the flaw is uncertainty of when it will happen. Things are not laid per detail and visions can sometimes change.

People search for the truth in every line these psychics say. They foretell through the stars, the stones, the sands, the dreams, and so much more. They say that there is no such thing as a coincidence. Everything do have their reason for happening, but those which we weren’t expecting, event that which we thought have no meaning to our everyday lives, are actually a part of our present. These contribute to whatever may happen in our future. There are times that these also serve as warnings or omens. These may also serve as life savers hindering us from the possibility of entering a situation that may be life threatening. All in all these “coincidences” are actually signs of the things that are going to happen.

Michel de Nostredame, more known as Nostradamus, was a French seer whose predictions are said to have been the most accurate of all so far. The 9/11 attack, the Nazzi, Kenedy’s death, even Barrack Obama’s presidency are but some of the things which he wrote would happen. He became famous worldwide for his book Les Propheties (the prophecies) that first appeared in 1555. Presently, Nostradamus’ prediction about the end of days is what bothers people’s mind. The report of an asteroid colliding with the earth in the year 2012 is being feared by those who believed his prediction. Other than that is the possibility of World War III which would result to more poverty and death.

Nostradamus maybe the most widely known psychic, but there are others like him which people have taken as credible.

Edgar Cayce was a psychic extraordinaire. He was known as the “sleeping prophet” giving predictions through his dreams. His wife and a secretary would often sit with him in times when he would sleep and talk about what would happen in the future. Other than that he could tell a person’s mood by the color of the glow that envelopes them–auras.

Edgar Cayce’s predictions are as well known as that of Nostradamus according to backrgound check. He predicted firstly of medical means to help people then later discovered past lives of people who seek his help. He was a devoted Christian and reads the bible most of the time. Because of his devotion, he had once feared that his ability might be satanic. One of his known readings was a lookout for major cities like New York, Connecticut as well as the many portions of west coast, even Los Angeles and San Francisco. He believed these cities will be destroyed before New York.

Both psychics gave predictions which we all would be very frightened of. Whether the signs have already manifested or not is up to us to believe. However, scary as they may seem these are also eye openers that nothing here on earth is permanent and everything would later on come to an end. Each life is borrowed and the Earth is but a place where we are all but tenants. And as people search for the truth whether these are real or not one thing is a must do: live life with respect, love the people without apprehensions, and be the best person as you give service to brethrens. Predictions are not means of imposing fear but declaring reality of how we have been irresponsible to this world and to the people who inhabits it.

Predictions may bring fear especially if it is about the end of days. As people search people for the truth behind their credibility the truth remains that we have a responsibility to carry out to this world and to the rest of its inhabitants.
