Skoda sub-Fabia likely to be launched in 2013
Indian Automobile market is rising expeditiously as the large number of foreign companies routing to Indian market. In this loop German automobile giant Skoda is not an exception. Since large number of companies has entered to the Indian market the German automobile giant Skoda face much competition so they have to work hard to show their presence in every segment of cars in India. According to reports Skoda India performs a test drive in Pune and their two models Fabia and Rapid show their presence. After observing the Indian roads company decided to come up with a compact small car Skoda Fabia for Indian market.
As the 70% of the parts of the car is manufactured in India it is expected that company will launch Skoda Fabia at nominal price which is now confirmed by Sales and Marketing Head Thomas Kuehl stated that Skoda Fabia price is between 3 to 5 lakhs. He also announce that company will launch this model in both petrol and diesel variant by 2013. In India parts of Skoda Fabia are manufactured at Chakan plant of Volkswagen where the other Skoda cars like Skoda Fabia, Volkswagen polo and Volkswagen Vento are being made.
Now there are many opinions regarding to the originality of the design. Many experts reviewed as a Lup-based youngster while other favor it as an model which share the platform with Volkswagen Sub-Polo.
Maruti Wagon R and Hyundai i10 are well known name in compact car section which give tough competition to Skoda Fabia as the Skoda Fabia Price and Wagon R and i10 prices clashed. Skoda Laura,Skoda yeti and Skoda Superb show some presence of Skoda in Indian Automobile market,However Skoda Fabia still hunt to show its presence.
Another auto giant who is in news these days is Renault who is all geared up to launch Renault Fluence on May 23. Renault Fluence price is speculated to be Rs13 lakhs.
