Michelin Energy Saver tyres for new Toyota Yaris
When I was choosing to buy a car for myself, my husband kept bugging me to buy a Toyota Yaris but to his disappointment I already had a car in mind, and so he started to give me reasons why I should change my mind. But his reason weren’t good enough for me, why would I want a car just because they come with Michelin Energy Saver tyres.
He didn’t stop there, he went on saying that the tyres contributes to the low environmental impact of the Toyota Yaris by reducing fuel consumption by 0.2 litres per 100 km and consequently, CO2 emissions by 4 grams per km. As interesting as it sounded I still didn’t want to drive a Toyota Yaris in Newcastle, I want a car that will make heads turn when I drive past.
I thought he had given up after I kept saying no but to my surprise I find a piece of paper on my pillow with a note that said ‘please read’. It was more information about the Toyota Yaris and the Michelin Energy Saver tyres. The part that got my attention was, when I read that Michelin provide Toyota’s compact city car with a tyre capable of delivering performance in four areas, significantly greater fuel efficiency, superior grip, long tread life and a more comfortable ride.
So after reading that Michelin and Toyota are working together to deliver a simple, affordable solution designed to make cars safer, more economical and more environmentally friendly, I started liking the car, and was considering to buy it.
