Fiat 500 by Gucci
Fiat has unveiled prices and specifications for the much awaited Fiat 500 by Gucci. The Fiat 500 by Gucci has been customised by Gucci Creative Director, Frida Gianni. It will be available with two engine options, a 1.2 litre – costing £14,656 OTR – and the 0.9 litre TwinAir – priced at £15,765 OTR.
I just need to make it clear before I go any further that the 500 by Gucci is purely a cosmetic tune up, if you are after a higher performance 500 then go looking for an Abarth for sale.
Elena Bernardelli the marketing director of Fiat Group Automobiles UK said, “The 500byGucci will enlarge the audience for the already successful Fiat 500, reaching those fashionista customers who want to have a unique car to distinguish themselves. And the on-line sales process adds another dimension to the individuality of this special model, creating an even greater sense of exclusivity and exceptional customer service.”
Like the Fiat 500 Pink and the Fiat 500 Matt Black the Fiat 500 by Gucci will initially only be available to order online. Customers can fully configure their Fiat 500byGucci, pat a deposit, order directly from the factory, track the car’s progress, make the final payment and then finally, can arrange a special delivery of the car direct to their home.
The Fiat 500 has always been a chick car, its trendy, quirky and very fashionable. The Gucci model will definitely place the Fiat 500 in the fashion category; there probably is no better endorsement of high fashion!
