More often than not, any silver wiring usually has some copper mixed in. It is very unlikely pure silver wires will be found in homes, despite their effectiveness in carrying electricity.
The type of metal used in the home does not only determine the safety of electrical wiring. Electrical wiring is best left to a professional, as electricity is dangerous and unpredictable. There are good wiring principles that need to be followed to ensure safety. The electrical wiring in your home should have proper insulation and be installed by a qualified electrical contractor to minimize any danger.
