The Tradition Of Karaoke Singing

There are two types of karaoke singing: the casual and professional singing. The whole karaoke singing crowd is divided in these two parts. The casual singers would rather sing occasionally; they do it for amusement. The professional singers do it for the purpose of living; they do it for fame… and money.

Karaoke singing is not really intended for professional purposes though; it is for entertainment. You do not have to be an expert in vocalizing to be able to sing in the karaoke machine. Everybody can sing karaoke; as a matter of fact, even infants from ages 3 to 5 can sing karaoke. As long as the individuals know how to utter their voice and how to follow the beat, they can sing karaoke.

But some really set the bars high for karaoke singing. Professional karaoke singers are everywhere now; they sing really great and does not even need the karaoke display to help them with singing. All they need is the tune and they are ready to go. It seems like they just incorporate the word “karaoke” in their title, but the truth is that they are really professional singers. They are the ones who you see in night bars performing the crowd’s favorite song. These individuals make money out of singing and karaoke; some may make it to the competitive stages but that is about it.

Still implied earlier, karaoke singing was designed for entertainment, not for professionalism. It is for the untalented ones; it is for those who cannot sing right but has an aspiration to do so. It is for your families, your friends and the public who want to experience singing. It is for the weak-hearted; it is for the low self-confident. It is for everybody.

Singing is freedom and you do not have to hide it behind sheets of introversion. If you are an inspiring singer but lack the skill, you ought to sing karaoke.
