Laziness runs in the family
Recently I noticed my husband has become very lazy, on his days off work, all he does is sit on the sofa and watch TV. Along with him, my children have started to do the same, which is really worrying me, as I don’t want a lazy and unhealthy family.
So I started to think of ways to get them active during the weekends, but I will need to find something that can be done with the whole family and won’t cost me too much. After thinking for many days, I finally had an idea, and I think it will work.
During breakfast this morning, I told my family how I felt about the laziness of this family and that I have found a way to get everyone out the house. When I told them that I would like to us to do cycling for few hours during the weekend, they almost choked on their food, it was as if I said I wanted them to jump off the bridge.
After a long silence, my husband finally agreed with my idea and said we should buy the bikes today. Lucky for us, we have a shop at the end of our road that has all the latest bikes in Kent. As soon as we finished breakfast we will walk to the shop and hopefully return with our new bikes.
We also need to buy helmets, elbow and knee pads, and all the necessary things that we will need for cycling.
