For third time offenders at this level, there is a compulsory ninety day jail time up to a maximum five year sentence together with a fine from $1500.00 to 10000.00. Their license will be suspended for eighteen months and they will be required to have a CRN, D&A and install an Ignition Interlock for twelve months. Fourth time offenders will serve a compulsory one year prison term up to a maximum of five years. The fine involved will be $1500.00 to 10000.00 and the driver`s license will be suspended for eighteen months. They will be required to have a CRN, D&A and to install an Ignition Interlock for twelve months.
For first time DUI’s with a third level blood alcohol content, there is a compulsory seventy-two hour jail time with a possibility of a maximum of six months. The fine is from $1000.00 to $5000.00 and DUI drivers are required to have CRN, AHSS and a full D&A, and will lose their license for twelve months. There is a possibility of obtaining an OLL after two months of the suspension has been served.
