Rotomolding is also known as rotational molding. Many referred this process as rotocasting or spin casting. This is a molding process to create the hollow items production like plastic. In this process heated hollow mold fills with charged material and rotated slowly around perpendicular axes softening the material to spread and stick to the surface of mold. Mold need to rotate continuous to spread and maintain thickness of the material through the part. Then this is cooled. This rotomolding machine is used for molding plastic items and many other materials as per requirements. Rotomolding process is consisting various phase like loading fixed quantity of polymers powder into the mold, then rotate the mold while heating in oven till all polymers melt down and stick to the mold wall. Mold is cooled by fan at time. The polymers cooled down and make them solid. Then operator removes the part. This process is taking little more time. Quick cooling can shrink the polymer thus give enough time to cool down the part. And then remove it. This process we can use the above machines including Rock N Roll Machine, which is a single arm machine rotating the mold 360 degree is very much useful for large parts having long length to width ration. This machine is very cost effective due to smaller heating chambers. Shuttle Machine is a single arm turrent machine rotates the mold back and forth between the heating and cooling chambers. This machine is cheap for small size of production. Pulverizer is used for grinding various types of materials. Micro fine pulverizing for wide range of plastic materials like PE, RPVC, ABS, PC and other heat sensitive materials are now possible with micro fine pulverizer.
