The product itself was fair, the hair extensions, clip in, work fairly well, however, the hair does fall out relatively fast. So, when you brush them be careful, and use the correct type of brush.
I was very disappointed that the seller did not honor the free shipping that was included in the post. That is why I actually bought from this seller, but after contacting them the first time they said that they stopped that promotion a few days before my order was placed. (funny that when I went back to the sellers post, all the free shipping had been removed, I am sure they did that so I had no proof it was actually there, sneaky!) That may be true, however, it was still posted on the post when I made the purchase. After three attempts to get them return the amount I paid for shipping, they never even responded, so I gave up.I will never buy another product from this seller.
I contacted Amazon regarding this, and they were so kind to give me a credit in the amount of the shipping cost. How nice was that, I stand behind Amazon, but not the company that sold the hair clip-in extensions.
