Adjustable Crusher
This series of adjustable crusher is used as a secondary crushers for crushing quarry rock. These impact crushers are designed for crushing medium hard and hard materials. The material which fed to the crusher trough its feeding opening is crushed in two stages while it impacted by the rotor hammers to the adjustable crushing process primer and secondary breaker plates. The material does not pass to the seconder breaker plate until it be crushed and reduced to the size which the primer breaker plate it adjusted to and does not pass to discharging chute until it be crushed and reduced to the size which the seconder breaking plate adjusted to. By this crusher adjustment the maximum size of output material can be determined. These impact crushers is driven by an electric motor and the power is transfered to the crusher by means of V-belts.
