Look around to see what customers say about the dealer you’re considering buying from. Today, their feedback doesn’t just stay between the buyer and the dealership, as people are more willing to give their opinions on web forums, which can give some pointers as to which ones to avoid.
Price will ultimately be the deciding factor in where you buy from, no doubt, but a good experience with the sales team, excellent aftercare and prompt attention to any problems that arise should also be given serious consideration.
These are the sort of considerations which will stay in the mind when the time comes to buy again, and any dealership which is serious about its standing among its customers should be aiming to score highly on all these factors.
