Most of us, at some point or another, have had a mild or extreme panic attack. The feeling of tightness, hot flashes, irritability, claustrophobia, increased edginess, and even irrational fears of judgment are all signs of panic or anxiety. All you have to do is choose to remember that you are in control of which thoughts you focus on. Choose to focus on being afraid and your mind will give you infinite reasons to back up your choice, choose to focus on this moment (where none of the possible fears exist) and your mind will fill you with reasons to love your life.
