It is well known that hills could make problems to your feet with time. A lot of women, especially young ladies, are not ready to forget the hills under no circumstances. This is understandable, but the healthy of your legs is more important than the fashion trends. · Never stay with hills all day long. If you work alone in a closed office or behind a counter, you can change your hills with a pair of flat shoes or slippers.
