Article 7 Triumph dealer

I am not a dare devil by any stretch of the imagination. In fact I am actually quite the opposite. I like to play things safe and rarely take chances. For example, whenever I fly, I always ensure that my seat belt is securely fastened throughout the flights and not just when the airline suggests. Why risk it? I also never leave the house without checking the door at least twice. Some people might consider this to be an obsessive compulsive disorder but I just think it is sensible.

Considering the above, it seems quite funny that I am suddenly contemplating buying myself a motorcycle. We all know that this can be a very dangerous method of transport, especially on British roads and yet here I am, leafing through a Triumph dealer magazine. The attraction comes from my Grandfather. He owned a cycle shop and from a young age I used to spend all my weekends helping him out. He sold all types of motorcycles and even pushbikes.

Admittedly it has been quite some time since I have been on a motorcycle however I have been riding my push bike for over 20 years. I always wear a helmet and travel by the least busy route, it’s just common sense. I am going to make a decision on which bike to buy in the next few weeks. I am really excited about getting back on the road. My husband thinks that I have not got the guts to do it but I think he will be pleasantly surprised when he sees my skills. Fingers crossed I haven’t lost the knack!
