How to Handle Weight Gain and Pregnancy

Weight gain during pregnancy is very common and all are known to gain some weight or other during this period of time. Still you must be aware of the right kind of weight gain during pregnancy, which is not bothering and also can make you stay healthy after pregnancy also. Pregnancy weight gain is seen to different in different ladies still let us have some look that you gain the right weight during pregnancy also. Women who gain very less weight is also harmful as this can due to some physical issues.

1. If you get pregnancy at a very healthy weight:
If you get pregnancy at a very healthy weight then you will obviously gain weight like 25-30 pounds during the 9 months of your pregnancy. This will be including a healthy baby. You will be putting around 4.5 pounds in the first 90 days and then every week around 1 pound in the last 90 days and if you do not gain weight like this contact physical practitioner immediately.

2. If you are underweight when getting pregnancy:
While you are under weight you need to take special care that the baby weight is normal. The best would be to get a whole 30-35 pounds during the whole pregnancy. Make a target that you will have to gain around 5pounds in the first trimester and in the third trimester make the maximum gain in weight and eat healthy diet for sure so that baby gets proper food.

3. If you are overweight during Pregnancy:
If you are overweight during pregnancy starting then consider having a proper growth of the baby but still have a proper consciousness of the weight control also. A growth of 15 pounds is ok for you. And make sure that you handle a balanced food habit so that the baby gets enough nutrition without bothering your weight also. Make sure that you do not diet during pregnancy and breast feeding for sure.

4. If you are obsessed while getting pregnancy:
We have a common thought that obsessed is a trouble for doing pregnant and you can simply get pregnancy but can face the issues that they can pregnant easily. Try to go for making a proper reading about the diet chart. Growth of weight is still obvious a growth of 10-15 pounds will obviously come.
