Asking Yourself the Right Questions – helps you Succeed
The path to successful business transactions is by thinking and coming up with brilliant questions which you need to ask yourself.
To help you understand what this means, here’s a situation:
With their current situation, the seller is not amenable to letting you look after their loan. But, they want to get on in a hurry, so they’ve happily decided to have the property sold to you at a “fire sale” price.
For the time being, your business model hinders you from putting your own money into deals such as these. Even with securing houses without bank loans coupled with the possible risks that may be involved, your business model does not work for this.
So, what will you do? What will others do if they are in your position?
Many will ignore or refuse the deal since it does not complement with their business models. But what if the decision is a big mistake after all? What if they have turned away from an opportunity of getting a $30,000 payday?
Then they’ve wasted a great opportunity!
So, it’s best to ask yourself some brilliant questions which come to mind, such as the following:
• Will I gain any profits out of this property?
• Do I have to buy this property completely?
• Do I need bank loans to have the property secured?
• Is it probable to purchase the property without any assistance from bank loans? Willing investors may be a good answer, so do check on them.
• If so, why do investors prefer to purchase this?
• How do investors take advantage of these procedures?
• If I do take on this opportunity, how am I going to gain profits out from it?
• Where can I find investors? Do I know someone who can help me with these investors?
So, these are some questions you need to ask yourself before you decide to ditch an opportunity like this one.
In business, sticking to a business model is good. But situations vary from time to time, so you also need to flex a little bit. Combining your business model with some new ideas won’t harm anything – as long as you are doing the right thing for your business.
The most important thing is, you are throwing the probable solutions despite of how weird and wonderful or ridiculous they may be. You never know. That ridiculous idea might pave the way for an even more brilliant idea which you’ve never expected all along.
So, always be inspired to do more for the success of your business!
