Some accessories in the world of fashion are a symbol of timeless classics and even have become emblematic of the whole fashion eras. The hat is exactly this kind of accessory. Many people have thought that time of women with hats has irreversibility passed. However, there was no designers’ collection in the last decade, where hats didn’t play great role in the show. Is the hat coming back as a fashion accessory? Yes, for sure. Military style. Cap and berets are the main representatives of this hat’s style. They can be made of fabric, leather, animal printed fabrics, Scottish plaid or to be with fine stripes. Leather cap like an old sea wolf is suitable for everyday use. The colors of the leather are black, brown or beige. The caps made of fabrics are in fashionable bright yellow, candy pink, lilac, and orange.
English retro style. This style involves mini hat with various accents and accessories. The hat, however, can be replaced by turbans, belts with pins, ribbons or exotic feathers. It goes perfect with a vintage clothing style: a simple evening dress from the 1920’s. French Beret. Innocent charm and most romantic vision can be achieved with a French beret. It is suitable for both short and long, straight and curly hairs. Russian winter. These are the voluminous fur hats with hair, which are warm enough in winter. They give a regal appearance and may become the focus of your outfit, which requires simplicity of the clothing. Some hats are in the form of cylinder; others are decorated with feathers and even with caps and leather accents.
Knitted hats. The fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker hinted on this trend a few seasons ago when bravely appeared with wide knit hat with visor and pompon. Ski knit hats have also advanced, though they have always been classic – simple and practical. Hats in fine knit melange that combines two or more colors, can easily fir to the clothes. Among other advantages, these hats have very affordable price.
Bowler. Sicilian gangster style of bowler is the favourite one of stars like Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Victoria Beckham and others. In his other variety – a type of “Robin Hood” – the bowler is playfully askew on one side and is decorated with a ribbon or feather. The bowler is elegant and extravagant, it expresses your personality and most of all – fashion daring.
