In simple lay man language, a flag pole is a stand on which the flag is installed. Earlier, the modified
tees were used as the flag poles. In ancient times, people use to cut down the trees and strip off the

pine trees or spruce as they naturally grew and were straighter as compared to the modified trees. Such

nicely covered with a coating of animal fats in order to make them whether proof. After giving a proper
coating they are then planted in ground.
