Vocational Education and Training providers follow a national data standard called Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard or AVETMISS. 4. The data needs to be submitted to the national VET data collection agency. Only then can the data be deemed compliant for AVETMISS. It should be submitted successfully without errors.
5. RTOs also need to comply or meet certain arrangements in accordance to rules set by the state or territory. Cut-off dates should be checked and strictly followed to avoid problems.
