The Burberry Legacy
Burberry is one of the world’s oldest and most respected fashion brands. Founded in 1856, it has a long history and has been instrumental in creating some of the iconic fashion statements of the 20th century. Examples include the trench coat and the famous tartan check pattern that is now widely copied. Burberry (also called Burberrys) has gained in stature over the years and has also sponsored the clothing of famous personages like Roald Emundsen who was the first man at the south pole. All their products have a strong “outdoor” feel to them and the same holds true of their fragrances. qianmushen urblogz blog
As far as perfumes and colognes go, their range is very wide – much larger than those of other high end perfume brands such as Ed Hardy and Alfred Sung. The Burberry fragrances are floral, fruity, and with a hint of wood. The scents are all pervasive with the classic outdoor feel to them. The Burberry fragrances are usualy divided into the Men’s line and the Women’s line with numerous collections in each. Their latest launch – Burberry “The Beat” was introduced in March 2008.
All in all, there are about 15 different fragrances in the Burberry kitty. Unlike other fragrances, the number of loyal Burberry fragrance wearers is very large. The bottles in which the perfumes come packaged aren’t over the top like other high end perfumes, but are simple and classic in shape. TAvailable as “The Beat” standalone and in a “Men’s” variation, The Beat is a woody fragrance in the men’s version and has floral hints in the regular one. It was released in March 2008. Designed for the modern man and woman, this is an energetic fragrance. Available in three different varieties – for men, women, and the “Sheer” line for men, the Brit line is one of Burberry’s most popular scents. The description on the woman’s line is, a “surprising” mix of sugar and spices. All three variants come in bottles designed in the classic Burberry checked pattern. qianmuhan urblogz blog
