Admissions in FMS on basis of CAT
Selections for the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) will be done through Common Admission Test (CAT) 2011 this year. The decision comes following the refusal of the Delhi University (DU) to help make the FMS entrance test scheduled for December 4, 2011.
B-school was reluctant to join the CAT decided to do on Monday in “circumstances”. Teachers and some students believe that the institution will assist CAT 2011 Dent affect its image and brand value.

In addition, the University advised the FMS is associated with any known agency / institution that make his entrance examination in the management field, such as CAT.
An emergency meeting convened on August 29, where 22 faculty members discussed the issue. The B-school has decided not to join CAT and focus of the university again to continue with the current system for at least another year, and allowed to join the GRE / GMAT.
