Working in a manufacturing sector and having worked in the recruitment’s for 5 years now, I have seen different manufacturing manager example of resume; some highly impressive, and some written just for the sake of it. This has motivated me to share a few things, which I feel can be helpful for writing professional, job winning resumes. These tips can be incorporated in other resumes as well, even though I have explained in relation to a manufacturing manager resume.

Operations at a manufacturing site or plant require highly efficient management. To fulfill the responsibilities satisfactorily, there are certain skill-sets which a manufacturing manager must possess. Tips for bridging the gap: Your resume and the job profile
There are few critical elements, which when included or incorporated in the resume, can help you to bridge the gap between the desired job profile and the actual one. These are skill-sets, layout, relevancy, simplicity, language and honesty. Appropriate balance between these will make your resume striking and generate the desired results.
Consider the following criteria while including the above mentioned critical elements in your manufacturing manager resume.
A. Skill-sets: Include the skills which are required for the job profile. The job description given by the employers can be referred for better idea. Prioritize the skills in relation to the importance, your expertise, and relevancy to the job profile.
B. Layout: Select a layout which is formal and compatible with the prevailing industrial trends. While selecting the layout bring into consideration facts such as number of pages, visual attractiveness, and MS Word format tools.
C. Relevancy: While including any information, make sure that it is relevant to the job profile. Other details can be shared towards the end, if you feel they are important.
