Try and get sound sleep for at least 7-8 hours at night. Read night sleep in bold as sleeping in day cannot be a substitute to night sleep. Lack of sleep increases your blood pressure, stress level and causes aging as well. So nothing better than a good and sound sleep

Drink lots of water and fruits. Water and fruits are the best source of vitamins that help you get younger looking skins and avoid aging spots
