AUSIB to host business delegation from Indiana, USA to India from Feb 20 to 26, 2011.
February 16, 2011, Washington DC: The Alliance for US India Business (AUSIB) will host a US business delegation from Indiana, USA to India from February 20, 2011 to February 26, 2011. The 12 member delegation will be led by E.Mitchell Roob, Jr., Secretary of Commerce, Indiana and also the CEO of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC).
The delegates will visit Mumbai and Hyderabad, and meet with business leaders from various industry verticals (IT, Life Sciences, Automotive etc.) in the two cities. They shall also meet Indian legislators and political leaders. The Indiana Delegation will get an opportunity to explore the economic and business opportunities in India through the various B2B meetings, dedicated track meetings for individual industry sectors, along with lunch and dinner sessions with prominent members from the industries. The delegates are also scheduled to attend a dinner organized by the US Consulate in Mumbai.
