After his family relocated to Paris, France, in 1990, he enrolled at the American School of Paris in Saint Cloud, to complete his secondary education and obtained his International Baccalaureate in 1992. In 1996, Xavier Thoma received his Masters of Engineering (M.Eng) degree in Engineering, Economics and Management, from the Hertford College, Oxford University. He has worked with many leading organizations in the financial services industry. He commenced his career in 1996 at J.P. Morgan & Co. Ltd. and later at Morgan Stanley & Co. Ltd. For the past 7-8 years, he has been advising a private investment group with $700 million in assets. He is presently pursuing on opportunities in the real estate space, focusing on acquiring and developing properties.
