Honda to drive in Brio on September 28
Honda Motor Ltd., a Japanese Motor company giant established Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. (HSCI) in India in December 1995 for serving the Indian customers with Honda’s latest passenger car models and technologies. Honda is known for supplying high quality products at a reasonable price with complete customer satisfaction. Honda is also committed as a responsible corporate citizen as they keep in mind the environmental and safety issues while making their products.
Honda Brio is the newest from the Honda India stable which would hit the market on 27 September is facing a tough decision from the car maker due to the cut-throat competition in the car market. To become the first choice of the customers, Honda wants Honda Brio price to be around Rs 5 Lakhs.
Honda Brio Review state the this hatchback would be fuel efficient but can lose some of the key safety features due to Honda’s decision of cutting the price tag. If we compare the market, the prime safety features like the airbags can inflate the price of the car by a whopping Rs 45000 to Rs 60000. In the recent past, Honda had to reduce the price of Honda Jazz by Rs 1.5 Lakh and its flag-ship sedan Honda City by around Rs 66,000 due to excessive completion from other car makers.
Honda India might wish to control the price of Honda Brio by not including the airbags. But, Honda consumers would have to wait until 27 September for knowing more of the features of Honda Brio. Honda Brio Price would be around Rs 5 Lakhs.
For enhancing the consumer experience, the R&D department team at Honda is working hard to provide components of Honda Brio easily in the market. Due to its decision of not including the airbags in the base version, Honda seems to be deviating its policy of ‘safety- first’ which would be an added advantage to its rival car brands like Toyota Etios Liva, Skoda Fabia, Chevrolet Beat and Maruti Swift which are already equipped with all major safety features. Some of their car variants also come with advanced safety features like EBD, drivers’ seatbelt, Keyless entry and door ajar warning.
