The winning recipe.
The recipe for winning required only one ingredient, a good structure. With that one ingredient, no matter what is the project, the result will be the same, none stop winning. Let’s all imagine how it is to go from winning to more winning, from win to win +1. Before a structure can be qualified as a good one, there are some things that need to be done. This structure need to be resistant and perform at a maximum efficiency and winning should come with less friction. Here are below some rules in order to put in a place a good structure.
A good structure needs the right parts.
First, all the right parts have to be united. For this, we need to find the right pieces for each task in order to realize the desired project, for example, if we want to make a nice film we need actors, a director, a script writer etc and the more complex a project is, the more pieces it needs. For instance, a great book writer without a publishing house will win less than a mediocre one with one. Therefore, being able to find the right parts is primordial for winning.
A good structure needs right connections between each parts.
Finding the parts is one thing, connecting the parts for the win is another. A winning connection is when each parts support the other parts under one desired common goal. A good example for this is a music band, every member add their own contribution and expertise in order to create one melody. That melody is the result of the addition of each artists and it wouldn’t be the same without the vocal and instrumental support of each other, consequently, mutual assistance is important for a good structure. Once everything is in place all that is left to do is winning!
