Airawat Aviation Academy Pvt. Ltd. (AAAPL), kick-started as the training arm of the Airawat Group, achieved pioneering heights in aviation related training. The Learning & Development wing of AAAPL recognized that customer service is the nucleus of any Service industry. Keeping this in mind, IESP (Institute for Excellence in Services and Planning) is aimed at channelizing its efforts across a wider horizon of sectors with its 360 degree approach. The IESP team comprises of domain leaders and education experts from various fields like consulting, hospitality, aviation, retail, healthcare, road safety, infrastructure etc.
IESP offers students training and education in the services and planning sector to develop future leaders by bridging the gap between academics and the industry. Some of the key features that IESP offers are the way their provisions for practical exposure through two to three months of internship. This allows for the students to get hands on experience straight away and see how things are done. Students are also provided with 100 percent placement assistance as at IESP, stress is on quality and not so much on quantity. Students also avail of a specially customized uniform as per the industry standards. The students are also provided with a complimentary grooming kit for themselves. Workshops and guest lectures conducted by industry experts give a realistic view as to what is possible in the industry and what the career choice could be. Not to forget, there is also a convocation ceremony to follow at the end of the course.
IESP is the Education & Training arm of Airawat Group providing holistic training solutions in aviation, hospitality, healthcare, retail, road safety and infrastructure. They are also into business to business training (B2B) also known as Corporate Trainings and Business to Customer Training (B2C) – Airport Handling Management, Cargo & Courier Management, Healthcare & Retail Program. Their trainer network is excellent and their networks of trainers chosen are amongst the best in the industry.
IESP is empanelled with Ministry of Defense (DGR), is in a joint venture with the Government of Maharashtra (DVET) and also has a tie-up with Dowling College, School of Aviation, USA.
IESP has successfully trained over 7000 professionals till date, across industries and at several international locations. They have customized aviation-related programs as per the ISAGO Standards offered for a wide category of staff and functions. They also have customized programs offered in behavioral and soft skills training. Other unique programs on offer are Skills of Defensive Driving (DDC) in road safety for Airport Driving Permit. IESP has trained more than 2000 Aviation Staff, on DDC, for Airport Driving Permit. They are also asociated with Mumbai Traffic Police, to train their staff on DDC.
