More productivity by upgrading the structures.
A good structure can make the difference between producing more with less efforts or less with more efforts, accordingly, working on improving the structures is a must to improve productivity. Upgrading an environmental structure can bring many positive effects, such as less stress, less health problems, less tiredness, more confidence, a greater sense of ownership and all this can be resumed to more productivity.
How to upgrade a structure to a more performing one? The first thing is to change the notion of competition to one of cooperation within the structure, if most of the energy is put into cooperation in order to benefit the company rather than in competition, the productivity of the company will rise. The second thing, is to put the right people in the right places, based on their forces, I have seen a company going thru a lot of trouble because someone decided to put his personal friend in a position where he did not belong, this resulted in massive trouble for the entire company. Third, is the aspect of development, if a company grow, the structure that support that company has to grow accordingly, therefore, developing the structure at all level is necessary.
Another very important aspect, is the one of justice, we can say that this affect all the others, after all, justice is required in order to have a cooperative environment, it is also required to have the right people where their strength are and so it is to have the opportunity to develop at all level. Justice bring more productivity, with it, each parts are placed accordingly to their talents and efforts. Justice also bring a better atmosphere, people feel good in an environment when they know that they will receive a just reward. Applying these principals can boost the productivity of a company just by making changes in the structures.
