These kind of touch screens are usually laminated with a thin protective layer of glass that makes them more scratch and shock resistant.
As each sector has specific needs and particular regulations, industrial LCD monitors and touch screens are usually customized or available with different configuration to make sure they meet everybody’s requirement.
These monitors and touch screens manufacturers know too well that they would lose a lot of clients if they did not adapt their products to their requirements.
