Pick a raised floor
An external staircase is used to access the Raised floor. This floor is raised due to terrain or design. The steps are formed from the ground to the building floor. This stair is usually not a structural member. It is formed for access onto raised buildings, sloppy lawns and from embankments on a swimming pool deck. When forming the stair on heights greater than three feet, a balustrade should be erected. Various materials can be used to make this stair.
Choose wood core type if better foot feel is preferred. Unlike China laminate flooring, the surface of wood core is not strong abrasion resistant. So the surface should be covered with antistatic HPL or PVC tile which is strong wearing resistant. Choose HPL, PVC or carpet covered type if more beautiful look is required for the type of cement infill panel. Choose perforated type if ventilation for the floor is preferred. Choose OA type if lots of wire or cables need to be used on the floor. Do not choose wood core type if water resistance is required.
