Healthcare sector is one of the important factors of our society. The health of the person is depends upon the healthcare of our society. Nowadays the health care is also one of the parts of business. In other words, the health care will not be affected so defectively during depression. These days nursing is one of the emerging careers. The 50% of the total employ in the health care sector is related to nursing. The nurses are providing the links between doctors and patience’s. Conversely says without nurses the hospital and healthcare settings have no meaning.
The Nursing job is more responsible and challenging at a time. All the nurses are wide in charge and openly responsible for a patients care during the cure period. We have seen many of them have a bad idea about nursing career. The nursing is not only taking caring patience, but also educate those who are well. The basic requirements need for become a nurse is the spirit of service. A good nurse should have dedicated in work, kind and with enormous patience to efficiently take care of the physically weak, wounded, baby, improving mothers, old patients and also emotionally challenged patients.
The students having basic education in school level added with added skill in basic subjects such as physics, chemistry, biology, human anatomy, English and mathematics, as well as necessary character such as sympathy and serving tendency can take up this noble profession of nursing, at the completion of schooling in the youth. The one seek the admission in nursing after 10th standard, you can join an 18-month supplementary nurse midwife course. The entry of this course must be merit based. After 12th grade you can join as 3 three years nursing diploma at approved US Nursing colleges and another career you can join 4 year B.sc Nursing. And some other certificated courses like general nursing (GN), general nursing midwives (GNM) and male nursing (MN) for achieving your dreams to be a nurse. With the aim of giving awareness among students, many medical college students are writing essay about nursing. This will be helped students to know more about nursing and its career.
Many schools students who wished to specialized in the zone of healthcare. Most of them are specializing training to learn skills and knowledge to nursing as a career. After completion of courses they are looking forward to getting hired as a broad nurse on duty or work in hospitals, nursing homes, as school nurse, in business and private medical hospital. In normal hospital and personal clinic the specialized nurses are working in certain category such as surgical cases, maternity patients or pediatric cases.
