Many businesses in Australia and New Zealand try to find qualified web designers to work for them full time as staff members but attracting the right people is difficult.
Web design businesses are also having trouble locating staff to join them as paid employees.
Greg Rogers, the manager of Telegraph.net.au explained why he set up the IT labour hire business. ” We needed highly skilled web designers for our own online projects and found it very locate the skilled people we wanted. The were keen to work with us but not full time as 9 to 5 employees. They now work with us but as required on contract.. We have people who want work and we hire them out to people who would otherwise go to a web design business and pay a lot of money for a website. With us the business that needs short term help can save money but still have access to the best people in the I.T industry”
The I.T. people hire service is open now and hopes to help new and existing web clients to get one to one web help but without the need to employ a person full time.
The labour hire option allows qualified people to work on a number of different tasks to help them to gain a broader range of professional and industry skills.
Telegraph WEBstream is looking recruit web designing Institutes and other I.T media specialists for short and medium web projects.
“We are aiming to help businesses that need websites with our short term people who can be onsite in a matter of days without months of recruiting, interviewing and induction.” Mr Rogers.
“You only have to look at the huge number of web designer vacancies to see how in demand web builders are in Australia.
