They were soon to be disposed of and rejuvenated by the Day Dream Publishing, a firm that was built just from the university dorm where Chip Conk resided.
In many ways, you can see if a man has just been lucky or if his efforts were really genuine and well thought. Having the eye for business opportunities is not always an easy task to do. There are many avenues that a man can take and all of them have their risks and advantages. Chip Conk’s secret was to develop and to take the giant leaps when it came to the way he did business. After he ended Day Dream he soon jumped to another type of business altogether, that of managing housing and improving the living conditions for the Austin Texas communities.
Chip Conk discovered that the real estate business was a good investment in 2003 and he soon throttled up his investments by beginning a monster condo converting and selling dominion. This was one of the most treasured investments that he ever got involved in, with a total amount circulated over 2.7 billion dollars in condominiums. He was soon rewarded by Donald Trump who presented him the Visionary Recognition Award in 2006.
Since then Chip Conk has changed gears and is focusing on the re-fitting of medical institutions from his vicinity and also the construction of top of the game clinics. His shift towards medical care was not accidental, it was hi way of thanking the community for all the good things that he was provided with, allowing him to better master his craft. Chip Conk has definitely won his place among the royalties of entrepreneurship and will continue to inspire future generations with his activities and his dedication.
