Step 1:
Pour your grape juice into your bottle with a cup of sugar (add more or less sugar to your liking ) and then shake the bottle to mix.
Step 2:
In a separate bowl, add a pack of yeast and small amount of sugar with some water, when it begins to foam, immediately add it to you bottle with your grape juice and sugar.
Step 3:
Shake the bottle with all of your ingredients in it. Make sure all of the ingredients get mixed properly.
Step 4:
(immediately after step 3) Poke holes into a balloon with a pin. Open the bottle and stretch the balloon rim over the mouth of the balloon. (please make sure the balloon don’t rip). After this step is complete you will not be needing the cork.
Fermentation Process
Let the bottle ferment in a warm place with no sunlight. The balloon will inflate to release the gasses. After 2-3 week, the balloon will flatten out, now your wine is complete. It will have about 11 to 12 percent alcohol content in it.You can play around with this recipe for stronger taste, light taste, or add your own twist to it. After your fermentation process make sure your wine is crisp, meaning that it is clear of the yeast. Open it up and smell it, it will smell like wine (strong aroma) Now your wine is ready to bottled! you can buy your own labels.
