You maybe requiring more detailed reports than other hotels and your web based property management system should be able to meet your demands. The PMS should also be able to make different reports for different people. Having the option of adding more details to a report and adding codes and passwords are a few more things your PMS should be able to do.
• Meeting The Reservation Requirements: All Some property managers are comfortable to view the reservation details as a list while some others prefer them to be in some form of a chart. Your PMS should be flexible enough to meet your requirements in this regard too.
