My Feelings for a lead acid battery factory
Last months, I visited a lead acid battery factory to learn some general knowledge. I saw all kinds of batteries in the factory located in the ZhaoQin city, including golf cart batteries, automobile batteries, gel batteries, VRLA batteries and so on. There are many staffs in each product line. The leader guided me to the whole factory and I visited the whole product lines of batteries. At least I knew how they made lead acid batteries.
First, they needed lots of lead to make positive and negative plates. The staffs covered those plates with super fine glass filter paper. Then put these into the battery box and cover it with a lid. Don’t forget those lead acid batteries need to add acid. Finally send them to be charged for 12-24 hours and store in a specific place for one month. In fact, I can’t describe it in detail because I am not good at writing. A successful battery will appear in the front of you.
Haha, before I went to the factory, I wondered whether it is very hard to make it. But now I don’t think so. Maybe I just knew the appearance and ignored the principle.
