How to Take Care of Health in Old Age

The population of old age people is growing day by day across the world. Where one side in 1994, the 16 percent people in United Kingdom were old and on the other side as per the speculations by the end of 2031, there population will be more than 23 percent. Old age is an state of body when one cannot be careless about the diets and life style. It is the age, when a senior citizen must take healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are getting old or in your 60s, we have some ideas for you to keep you fit and active.

· Do go for morning walks for a mile.

· Avoid taking spicy food in excessive quantity.

· Take healthy breakfast. In breakfast, you can take butter applied on bread, white part of the egg, milk, dry fruits or fresh fruits.

· Lessen the frequency of smoking and liquor.

· Take as much water as you can.

· Take high fibre cereal foods.

· Don’t take sweets in higher quantity.

· Take foods having zinc and iron in proper quantity because these are very necessary for you.

· Take proper sleep.

· Try to be always happy and cool. Avoid taking tensions.

* If you feel a bit problem about your health, at once consult to the doctors without wasting a single moment because it is the time when body is at higher risk of different diseases.
