My Experience with the Shake Weight for Men on a Natural Muscle Building Path
Natural Muscle Building and Nutrition
As many people who have gone through this will surely testify, natural muscle building and getting into shape is not as easy as it sounds; it requires a lot more than will and perseverance, although they are undoubtedly important characteristics. You need to have not only proper knowledge of the exercise routine and diet that will match your body type and your needs, but you must also realize a plan which will fit with your schedule and that you will be able to maintain, both from a physical and mental effort perspective. To put it in other terms, it’s pretty darn hard to gain muscles and lose weight naturally.
When it came to my diet, I tried to stick to organic and healthy foods as much possible, and I took the time to research just what types of nutrients, vitamins, proteins, minerals, calories, carbs and whatnot I get from which foods. The goal when it comes to your nutrition should not be to simply reduce calories, but to create a balanced diet that will provide your body with all the elements it needs to function to full capacity.
Natural Muscle Building and the Shake Weight for Men
Seeing as how my financial position wasn’t the best at the time, I was limited to simply performing exercises which relied on my bodyweight. I then started to look around to see if there was some kind of cheap equipment I could acquire that would help me with my workout. While I did come across many, many different exercise machines (some of which were plain ridiculous) most of them were either too expensive or way too big to fit into my cramped up little room; I needed something simple for a little boost, nothing more.
And so after watching countless infomercials, I came across the Shake Weight for Men… it mainly caught my attention because of just how hilarious the people using it looked. For those unfamiliar with it, it’s basically a dumbbell that you shake back and forth while trying to hold it still, which as they claimed provides a complete upper body workout, on top of making your life decisions questionable by your family.
My Shake Weight for Men Results
I somehow looked past the hilarity factor, and it actually seemed like this thing could actually work; the concept presented was actually pretty simple and it just made sense. Besides, it fit the bill for all my requirements being cheap ($30, and apparently they have a new pro version now for $40), small (the size of a regular dumbbell) and intended to give a boost to my results in a natural way.
So I ordered it… and to be honest, while using it hasn’t really made my arms grow that much larger, it has definitely increased my muscle endurance by leaps and bounds, as well as made me lose some fat. However, after some time the inability to add weight or change resistance levels made it obsolete because I simply would not be feeling the burn anymore… however, from what I have read, they have fixed this with the pro version, adding various resistance levels.
All in all, if like me you do not have a lot of money and rely mostly on home workouts for your training and your intention is get yourself into shape as well as tone your upper body, then you should look into some cheap yet effective exercise apparels.
