There were lot of innovations happened in mobile phone which itself is the one of the greatest invention made by mankind. Mobile phones Bluetooth in their early ages was only capable to transfer files or data from one phone to another but in today’s world any device which has Bluetooth feature is capable to connect with Bluetooth phone. Bluetooth feature comes in various versions which are 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 2.0 and + versions. Through these versions a mobile phone user can know about the speed of file transferring from one gadget to another. The range of a Bluetooth depends upon the version of Bluetooth, the more the advance the version is the greater the range will be. Mostly the Bluetooth ranges between 10 to 100 meters. The data through Bluetooth is transferred through radio waves which are usually of 2.4 Gigahertz frequencies.
There is a misconception among users that the Bluetooth is a network provided feature which is absolutely wrong, Bluetooth is a handset feature and that is why mobile phones equipped with Bluetooth features are segmented as blue tooth mobile phone. These days with the use of Bluetooth mobile can also be implemented to use internet of the phone on laptop or computer. Thus making the phone as a modem but there is a limitation that a phone cannot be used to make calls during the data is been transferred and if a calls come during the transfer the Bluetooth gets disconnected. There are many mobile phones available in the market which can be used as Wi-Fi mobile phones through which more than one device can use the internet available on Wi-Fi enabled phone.
