Search For A Job : A Satisfying Quest
Throughout the world, in the smallest and most primitive states to rich sultanates and monarchies, oil producing and industrial giants to the business superpowers, folks worry themselves in the tiniest unit of development contribution roles. Folks and society need to prepare their young, in the instant a kid is born, for some kind of education allowing him to progress abilities and talents that he might employ when he comes of age and reach the point for his turn to discover an occupation. Kids have their own explanation of the term “job”. It is these influences that provoke or discourage somebody to get a job when his time comes. The dilemma is always “how to find a good job”. Their studies and training and the moral support their parents have given them ( if any ) as youngsters and teens until they have matured and became parents themselves, are all part of these influences. These influences shape the kind and strength of coping mechanisms they construct for them to ready for their own careers.
Job search is the first big step in career development. While we have been prepared in our youth for this eventuality, our own percentage in our own time might be rather terrifying. Given the type of competitive job marketplace we are facing in today’s environment, the ill-prepared may not be as successful as the well-educated, trained and highly-skilled.
