What do you write in yours?
Let me start by saying Printed Diaries are more popular than ever. They are not going out of fashion and if anything are becoming more and more popular. We expect that we will sell more 2012 Diaries than any other year.
So are you one of the people who rigidly use pocket diaries to plan every minute of every waking hour. Or are you somebody who uses a 2012 desk diary for just planning work related meetings and events. Or maybe you’re like me; you start out with the best of intentions and never use your diary for 2012 beyond the first month or two of the year.
So for some businesses a 2012 Diary will be absolutely essential to survival. Take a Hotel Diary, usually a 2 pages per day diary, is at the heartbeat of every hotel , guesthouse and B&B. Although a hotel is unlikely to use 2012 Desk Diaries for room reservations, they will use it for events, conference, wedding and restaurant bookings.
Doctors and dentists will generally use a 2012 Appointment Diaries for patient visits. A page per day diary is generally plenty for these professions. An A4 diary is also an essential for any organised restaurant. Keep an eye out the next time and I bet you’ll see a well used diary at the reception are of your local restaurant.
Do what shapes and sizes are the most common – here’s a quick guide to Irish 2012 Diaries.
– 2012 A4 Page Per Day: An A4 diary with one page per day, usually have hourly appointment times and come in a variety of colours.
– 2012 A5 page Per Day Diaries: An A5 diary with one page per day. May also have hourly appointment times and comes in three main colours, black, blue and red.
– 2012 A4 and A5 week to view: A smaller diary that shares two pages per week and is suitable for the not so busy professional.
– 2012 Pocket Diaries: These are a handy pocket version diary. Usually suitable for the on the go professional who requires instant access to their busy diary.
– 2012 Two Pages per day: This is the big one. Two pages for every day and mostly suitable for appointment based businesses such as hair dressing, restaurants, hotels, doctors and restaurants.
Of course, there are thousands of people who still use the traditional A5 2012 diary to write personal accounts of their daily lives. These are obviously the most fascinating as they often carry sensitive private information. So what do you write in yours?…Bet you’d love to know.
Love your office.
